With a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we offer more than 50 different types of horns. Our products are OEM for over 35 carmakers and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other countries and regions.
Our horn workshop consists of 8 production lines. We have invested 25 million RMB in purchasing new facilities and upgrading old ones, allowing us to achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million sets. We have the capability to develop new horns according to our customers' specific requirements.
Our electronic horn utilizes a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This design ensures the horn operates at the highest sound pressure level, resulting in a longer lifetime. Additionally, our electronic horn features a no-contact design. On the other hand, our mechanical horn uses a low current design, providing a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
