DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making us one of the earliest and most experienced horn manufacturers in the industry. With a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we offer more than 50 different options. Our horns are used by over 35 carmakers as OEM parts and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other regions.
Our horn workshop features 8 production lines and we have recently invested 25 million RMB in upgrading our facilities. This has increased our annual production capacity to 10 million sets. We are capable of developing new horns according to our customers' specific requirements.
Our electronic horns utilize a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit. This allows the horn to automatically track the resonant frequency, resulting in the highest sound pressure level and a longer lifetime. The no-contact design ensures durability. On the other hand, our mechanical horns use a low current design, providing a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
