DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making it one of the earliest and most experienced horn manufacturers in the industry. With a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we offer more than 50 different types of horns. Our products are OEM for over 35 carmakers and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other countries and regions.
Our horn workshop consists of 8 production lines. We have invested 25 million RMB in purchasing new facilities and upgrading existing ones, allowing us to achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million sets. We have the capability to develop new horns according to our customers' requirements.
Our electronic horn utilizes a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This design ensures the horn operates at the highest sound pressure level, providing a longer lifetime with a no-contact design. On the other hand, our mechanical horn features a low current design, resulting in a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
