DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making us one of the earliest and most experienced in the industry. With a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we offer more than 50 different options. Our horns are used by over 35 carmakers as OEM parts and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other regions.
Our horn workshop features 8 production lines and has recently undergone a significant upgrade. We have invested 25 million RMB in new facilities and the modernization of existing ones, allowing us to achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million sets. We are also capable of developing new horns according to our customers' specific requirements.
Our electronic horns utilize a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This design ensures the horn operates at the highest sound pressure level and offers a longer lifetime with a no-contact design. On the other hand, our mechanical horns feature a low current design, providing a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
