DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making us one of the earliest and most experienced horn manufacturers in the industry. We offer a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, with over 50 different models available. Our horns are used by more than 35 carmakers as OEM parts and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other countries and regions.
Our horn workshop features 8 production lines and we have recently invested 25 million RMB in upgrading our facilities. This investment has allowed us to increase our annual production capacity to 10 million sets. We are also capable of developing new horns according to our customers' specific requirements.
Our horns are designed with advanced technology to ensure optimal performance. The electronic horns utilize a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn resonant frequency for the highest sound pressure level and longer lifetime. The mechanical horns are designed with a low current for extended lifetime and better waterproofing.
