DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making us one of the earliest and most experienced in the industry. With a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, we offer more than 50 different options. Our horns are OEM for over 35 carmakers and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other regions.

 

Our horn workshop features 8 production lines and we have invested 25 million RMB in new facilities and upgrades. This has allowed us to achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million sets. We are capable of developing new horns according to customer requirements.

 

Technical features:

 

• The electronic horn utilizes a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This design ensures the horn reaches the highest sound pressure level and offers a longer lifetime with a no-contact design.


• The mechanical horn uses a low current design, resulting in a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
