DeerxuaN has been specializing in horn manufacturing for over 20 years, making us one of the earliest and most experienced in the industry. We offer a wide range of 12V/24V series horns, including snail horns and disc horns, with over 50 different options available. Our horns are used by more than 35 carmakers as OEM parts and are exported to Europe, the Americas, and other regions.

 

Our horn workshop features 8 production lines and we have invested 25 million RMB in new facilities and upgrades. This has allowed us to increase our annual production capacity to 10 million sets. We also have the capability to develop new horns according to our customers' specific requirements.

 

Our horns are designed with advanced technology. The electronic horn uses a frequency sweep electronic module to control the circuit, automatically tracking the horn's resonant frequency. This ensures the horn produces the highest sound pressure level and has a longer lifetime. The mechanical horn features a low current design, providing a longer lifetime and better waterproofing.
